Battle Royale

Battle Royale

Our review

This is one of those books that keeps you on edge the whole time. It's ideal if you like action stories, with a touch of philosophy and, of course, horror. It's curious because it's also the book that precedes the famous "The Hunger Games." We sincerely believe that this novel is much more elaborate and interesting than the later imitators. You can take away many interesting readings and you won't stop enjoying it for a minute.

Battle Royale is a visceral and controversial work that redefined the survival genre. It is a brutal and fascinating mirror of society and human nature under extreme pressure. Accompany Shuya, Noriko, and the rest of their classmates as they are forced to make unimaginable decisions between friendship, betrayal, and the most brutal savagery.

It is a fierce critique of the system, an exploration of the survival instinct, and a relentless story that will not leave you indifferent until its surprising and devastating end.
