Synopsis
In their youth, Florentino Ariza and the beautiful Fermina Daza fall madly in love. About the Author
Gabriel García Márquez (Colombia, 1927 - Mexico, 2014), known as "Gabo," is one of the central figures of magical realism and one of the most important authors of the 20th century, awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1982. Pressured to study law, he found his true school in journalism. In newsrooms, he polished his style and learned to tell stories with rigor, a crucible where he forged the unique voice that would give life to Macondo and change literature forever with his masterpiece One Hundred Years of Solitude.
