At Casa Drojan, we like to be honest with our recommendations: this is not a bedtime story for young children.
Although you'll see it recommended for ages 8 and up in many places, we prefer to suggest it for ages 10 or 12 and up (with no upper age limit). Why? Because this Edelvives edition respects Rudyard Kipling's original, unadapted version.
Here, the jungle is not a party; it is a place of ancient laws, real dangers, and fierce loyalties. The language is rich and literary, perfect for readers seeking a challenge beyond basic children's literature. And what can we say about Andrea Serio's illustrations: they are not just drawings, they are atmospheres. Synopsis
Mowgli, the "man-cub," is rescued from the clutches of the tiger Shere Khan and adopted by a pack of wolves. Under the tutelage of Baloo the bear, master of the Law, and Bagheera the panther, the stealthy hunter, Mowgli will learn the harsh code of survival.
This volume collects the first three stories of the famous cycle (Mowgli's Brothers, Kaa's Hunting, and Tiger! Tiger!). An initiatory journey about identity, belonging to two worlds, and a deep respect for wild nature.

Todo llegó en perfectas condiciones y a su tiempo. Son muy cuidadosos con el empaquetado y tienen sus detalles (me gustaron los dijes de llaves que llevaban en el envoltorio).
