About the Author
Nazareth Castellanos is a renowned physicist and doctor in Neuroscience from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her work focuses on the relationship between the brain and the body (interoception), being one of the most influential voices in disseminating how posture, the heart, and breathing sculpt our mind. Todo llegó en perfectas condiciones y a su tiempo. Son muy cuidadosos con el empaquetado y tienen sus detalles (me gustaron los dijes de llaves que llevaban en el envoltorio).
