Synopsis
A man stopped at a red light suddenly goes blind. It is the first case of a strange "white blindness" that spreads rapidly. Quarantined or lost in the city, the blind will have to confront the most primitive of human nature: the will to survive at all costs.

About the author
José Saramago (1922-2010) was a Portuguese novelist, poet, journalist, and playwright. Born into a peasant family, he was unable to finish his studies due to lack of resources, but his self-taught drive made him one of the most important writers of the 20th century. Winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1998, the Swedish Academy highlighted his ability to "make an elusive reality comprehensible, with parables sustained by imagination, compassion, and irony." His unique style and profound social and political commitment make him a lucid conscience of our time.

Lllevo ya varios pedidos de libros en la web de esta libreria, y todos han llegado en perfecto estado, libros muy cuidados y envueltos, y si los quereis para hacer un regalo se lo podeis decir y llega todo a un mas bonito todavia y asi la persona del regalo quedara super encantada, lo recomiendo muchisimo.
Todo llegó en perfectas condiciones y a su tiempo. Son muy cuidadosos con el empaquetado y tienen sus detalles (me gustaron los dijes de llaves que llevaban en el envoltorio).

El detallito del pack del club de lectura fue una pasada. Nos gustó muchísimo. A mi mujer y a mi nos gusta mucho comprar en Librería Casa Drojan porque cuidan mucho a los lectores.
