Mortem (15+)

Mortem (15+)

Author's Note

Mortem was born from a nightmare. It was my first novel, written in a burst of pure visceralness, day and night. I wanted to explore how our childhood fears never leave us, how they grow with us. It's an innocent book in its execution, but honest in its emotion. A journey into the darkness we all carry within.

Talisma, Marcos, and José, three young people each with their own problems, begin to suffer the same nightmares. An entity seems to pursue them. But why? What lies behind Mortem? Who is he really?

Synopsis

The novel is about our own fears. Reality and dreams intertwine in a world of nightmares. Talisma, Marcos, and José are three young people who begin to dream of a red and green smoke that pursues them and traps them in a room where they must face their own nightmare. The children will grow up, but Mortem patiently awaits them.
