Our review

Although not a historical treatise, I Am Rome reads like one. Santiago Posteguillo combines meticulous documentation with the narrative pulse of a great novel, bringing the story of Julius Caesar to life with astonishing fidelity.

What begins with skepticism soon turns into admiration: every detail, every dialogue, every scene breathes authenticity. This work is a vibrant gateway to the origins of a myth, written with passion and rigor.

If you enjoy history, political intrigue, and grand passions, this book will captivate you. Furthermore, it includes a glossary, maps, and a family tree, which further enriches the experience.
