The Invisible Man (Ages 12+)

Our review

If you like science fiction, this book is an essential classic. It may not change your life, but it offers a different and more humane perspective on the misuse of science. We found it easy to read, so you don't have to be afraid that it's a classic. It's very entertaining and there are scenes that are well worth it.

Can you imagine finding the formula to become invisible? Well, the protagonist of this story achieves it, but it's not as exciting as it seems. It's a small, easy-to-read book that will make you think about human ambition.

Synopsis

Griffin is a scientist who dreams of achieving the gift of invisibility. He succeeds, making his body not reflect light. About the Author

H.G. Wells (London, 1866-1946) was a very prolific writer, known mainly for his science fiction novels, such as The Invisible Man or The War of the Worlds. Some consider him the father of this genre. His works never lack social, ethical, and political reflection, and his main goal was to help create a more just and solidary world.
