This book is incredibly well-edited and helps readers tackle such ancient classics without any laziness. We found it a very entertaining story that is thoroughly enjoyed thanks to the small additional comments and illustrations that set the mood for the book.
This re-edition by Blackie Books also includes additional versions, such as Margaret Atwood's The Penelopiad. If you've never read Homer's Odyssey or want an updated version, it's a book you should have on your shelf. It's ideal for adventure lovers.

It is divided into 24 cantos that narrate Odysseus' adventures until he returns to his native Ithaca, where his wife and son have been waiting for him for years after the end of the Trojan War.
About the Author
Who is Homer? The truth is, it's unknown. There has been speculation for centuries about this enigmatic writer, but no exact data is available. The Liberated Odyssey by Blackie Books includes an introduction discussing this fact and presents some of the names that have been considered throughout history.

Todo llegó en perfectas condiciones y a su tiempo. Son muy cuidadosos con el empaquetado y tienen sus detalles (me gustaron los dijes de llaves que llevaban en el envoltorio).
