Eight hens

Eight hens

Our review

"Eight Hens" is a book for different and original readers, those who like a touch of humor mixed with the fantasy of a crazy story.

However, we were surprised that, beneath that ironic and unconscious surface, there is a common and thoughtful sentiment about what surrounds us. Dreams are the key to the whole story. What do we do when we dream? What impact does it have on us?

We invite you to participate in this game of centipedes, which I assure you will surprise you.

Synopsis

Tito Miralles, a young man who shares a Madrid penthouse with eight hens, has his life turned upside down when he meets Ciro Karami, an erudite millionaire who studies the collective unconscious by monitoring the dreams of thousands of people around the world.
What begins as a club of jazz-loving friends dedicated to improvisation and freedom soon transforms into an unsuspected adventure: prophecies, dream espionage, sleep control centers, and discoveries that bring long-hidden secrets to light.

About the author

Born in Llíria, capital of the Turia region, he lives halfway between day and night, outdoors or indoors, in perpetual technicolor. He works, and since he works, he wishes he could pursue many professions: ice cream seller, locksmith, accountant, or gold record singer... but he hasn't succeeded. In a single life, it's impossible to be a virtuoso trombonist, horse trainer, papal chamberlain, or truck driver, even though all these professions are performed by bodies similar to his. He was educated to choose only one profession, not to practice them all. Perhaps that's why he is so attracted to zeal, capable of adapting to any function, or to tendons, those fibers that, like straps, adjust to the body and link the muscles of the feet with five bony figures that carry him among others, those whose professions he secretly covets.
